This policy covers usawealthbuilder.com, run by USA Wealth Builder, a licensed life insurance and annuity agency based in Deerfield Beach, FL. It explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- When you book a call: the details you enter in our booking calendar, such as your name, email, phone number, the time you pick and any notes you add.
- When you call, text or email us: your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
- If you apply for coverage:the information the insurance company’s application asks for, which you give directly as part of that application.
Calculators
Our calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us. Some calculators can save your entries on your own device (in your browser’s local storage) so they’re there next time; you can clear them with the calculator’s delete button or your browser settings.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t use advertising cookies or ad tracking pixels. If we measure visits, we use a cookie-free analytics service that doesn’t identify you. Our booking calendar is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which may set its own cookies when the calendar loads.
How we use it
To schedule and hold your call, send appointment reminders, answer your questions and, if you choose to apply, help you apply for coverage. We don’t sell your information.
Who processes it
HighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our booking calendar and stores booking details for us. If you apply for coverage, your application goes to the insurance company you choose. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your choices: access and deletion
To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected] or call 850-612-8175. Some records may need to be kept where insurance law requires it; we’ll tell you if that applies.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
